NV Supreme Court Justices issued an order to all NV Courts, to release defendants from jails, if they pass a questionnaire. Thus far the results have been that defendants that satisfactory answer the questions are being immediately released, from DUI’s, violent felony charges to high level drug trafficking charges. The following Justices signed the order: Justice Kristina Pickering, Justice Ron Parraguirre, Justice Elissa Cadish, Justice James Hardesty, Justice Lidia Stiglich, Justice Abby Silver and Chief Justice Mark Gibbons
