What is the point of this post? So what if he was released twice? They were misdemeanor charges…so, no big deal. Do you not realize that the “victim” suffers too? That is if they are a married couple and plan to work things out. If the defendant needs to pay a fine, so does his spouse. If the defendant goes to jail and can’t work, the spouse also looses out financially. If the defendant is ordered to go to stupid anger management classes INSTEAD of couples therapy…well, then that is just a waste of time and money. The system is shit and clearly doesn’t work. Yeah… let’s go fine the husband…that way the wife will suffer financially too. Completely retarded.
